Project Director with a Mechanical bias
to lead the delivery of a
large-scale Shell and Core project with multiple floors of fit-out in Central London . This is a pivotal leadership role with full accountability for operational, commercial, and client outcomes, reporting directly to the UK Regional Director.What You’ll DoLead the end-to-end delivery of a major MandE project, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.Manage all stakeholders including clients, consultants, and main contractors, building strong relationships to secure repeat business.Oversee design development, procurement strategy, and project planning from pre-construction to commissioning.Implement and maintain robust risk management and change control processes.Ensure accurate cost control, financial reporting, and adherence to KPI-driven project targets.Drive performance and engagement across your project team, providing leadership, mentoring, and development.Uphold Designer Group standards across health and safety, quality assurance, and compliance.Identify opportunities for value engineering and process improvements.What We’re Looking ForExtensive experience in a senior leadership role delivering
large-scale MandE projects
(preferably Shell and Core).Strong
