Project Director

Our client is a main contractor undertaking major new build residential,-mixed-use and commercial-schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Project Director to oversee a -60m 500 bed hotel in North West London.-

The position will report into the Operations Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in managing large commercial schemes (hotels or office cut and carve / refurb) in London. They''re also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction as well as delivery.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between -130k - -150k + full package & bonus.
