Valued at over £15 million, the scheme will run for approximately 20 months and involves the complete transformation of an existing building into a highly serviced, specialist facility. The project will include a substantial CAT A refurbishment followed by a complex CAT B fit-out, with technical areas, specialist installations and a significant mechanical and electrical package. The Project Director will take the lead on the scheme and act as the contractor''s main point of contact for the client.
