As the senior project lead, you will take overall responsibility for the delivery strategy, site-based management team, client relationship and operational performance of the scheme.This is a long-term opportunity to lead a major project through its key delivery stages, supported by an experienced commercial, design and operational team. The Project This is a multi-phase construction programme being delivered across a large operational estate in the Bristol area. The scheme combines major new-build development with the refurbishment and upgrade of existing facilities. The project includes several delivery areas, complex building services and specialist construction packages. Work will take place alongside ongoing operations, requiring careful planning and coordination of logistics, programme, design and technical interfaces.
