Valued at over 15 million, the scheme will run for approximately 20 months and involves the complete transformation of an existing building into a highly serviced, specialist facility. The project will include a substantial CAT A refurbishment followed by a complex CAT B fit-out, with technical areas, specialist installations and a significant mechanical and electrical package. The Project Director will take the lead on the scheme and act as the contractor''s main point of contact for the client. You will have overall responsibility for the programme, design, commercial performance, procurement and construction delivery through to commissioning and final handover.
