• Proven experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role
• Essential:-Demonstrable experience delivering a-food storage / cold storage-
• Background working for a main contractor
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute with strong risk management capability
• Experience managing complex, high-value construction projects
• Open to travel and staying away

The Role:

Our client are seeking a Project Director to drive the scheme, manage the client and work with the established supply chain.-You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects. You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a food storage project
• Manage and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships
• Champion health & safety across all project phases
