Project Director

Project Director - Datacentre Location: London (5 days per week on site) Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Must hold EU or UK passport. We are recruiting for an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a major data centre redevelopment programme in London. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the transformation of an existing mission-critical facility, taking full responsibility for programme delivery from planning through to commissioning and handover. Reporting to senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction across all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery against programme, budget, quality and safety objectives while managing relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of a large-scale data centre redevelopment project.Provide strategic leadership across design, construction, commissioning and project controls.Manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and principal contractors.Develop and maintain programme schedules, budgets and delivery plans.Ensure the highest standards of health, safety and quality throughout the project life cycle.Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.Build strong relationships with clients and executive stakeholders, providing regular project reporting and governance.Lead commercial decision-making, contract administration and change management.Oversee ..... full job details .....
