We are hiring! Circet DCS are looking for an experienced Project Director - Data Centres to join our team. This role can be based in England and will require European travel regularly.Working with Circet

Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects across UK and EBuild and mentor a team of dedicated Operations Directors, each aligned to a key hyperscale customerEnsure operational readiness, commercial performance, and client satisfaction across all programmesManage cross-functional teams and subcontractors, driving accountability, safety, and excellenceOversee budget control, risk management, and reporting across multiple jurisdictionsChampion digital tools, process automation, and scalable delivery frameworksSupport strategic bids, client engagement, and expansion into new marketsKnowledge and Skills Requirements

Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to the level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver without delays.Ensure procurement and reconciliation of materials and sub-contractors is carried out in accordance with Circet’s procedures.Ensure site team compliance with Circet’s commercial policies and procedures.Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to site teams.Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project.Increase productivity without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency.Improve DCS performance and reduce avoidable street works charges.Produce and analyse progress reports, updated costs and forecasts.Why work in Circet?
