Project Director - London | Major Projects (-100m200m)

A leading construction business is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major projects across London, typically ranging from -100m to -200m.

This is a critical role for a senior leader who can take full ownership of complex schemes from pre-construction through to completion, driving performance, managing risk, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

• Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects (-100m200m)

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across all phases of the project lifecycle

• Ensure delivery against programme, budget, quality, and safety targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners

• Provide clear strategic direction while maintaining oversight of day-to-day delivery

• Drive commercial performance and risk management across projects

• Proven experience delivering major construction projects in excess of -70m

• Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, complex teams

• Excellent commercial awareness and risk management expertise

• Ability to operate both strategically and operationally

• A confident communicator with strong client-facing experience

• Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on complex schemes
