Project Director Construction Consultancy

A specialist construction consultancy in London is seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead its retail project management team. The successful Project Director will oversee a portfolio of retail fit-out, refurbishment and development projects, working with recognised brands and property clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Project Director to take ownership of project delivery, client relationships and team performance.The Project Director will manage and develop a team of project managers while ensuring commissions are delivered to the highest standards. Acting as a senior client contact, the Project Director will provide strategic direction, resolve complex delivery challenges and maintain oversight of cost, programme, risk and quality.
