Project Director
to take ownership of an FM project portfolio, driving
innovation, operational excellence, and client satisfaction
across diverse commercial, retail, leisure, public sector, and industrial settings.
About the RoleAs
Project Director , you''ll lead the
end-to-end delivery
of capital works, lifecycle projects, and strategic FM initiatives. You will manage a
multidisciplinary team , oversee stakeholder relationships, and ensure all projects are
delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- while embedding sustainability and best practice.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of FM projects across commercial, retail and leisure, public sector, and industrial sites.
Develop and implement robust
project governance frameworks
tailored to FM environments.
Oversee
budgets, resources, and risk management
across a varied portfolio.
Build strong relationships with
clients, contractors, and internal teams
to ensure seamless delivery.
Drive
continuous improvement , innovation, and sustainability in project execution.
Ensure compliance with
Health and Safety, CDM regulations, building regulations , and industry standards.
What You''ll Bring
Proven track record
in delivering large-scale FM or construction projects.
Strong understanding of
building services, asset management, and lifecycle planning .
Excellent
leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement
skills.
Knowledge of
procurement processes, contract management , and risk control.
Relevant professional qualifications such as
PRINCE2, APM, RICS, CIOB , or equivalent.
