This will include: Developing action plans including costs and clear work programmes for a wide range of capital projects.Ensuring that contractors, consultants and wider stakeholders involved in contracts co-operate effectively. Efficiently and effectively managing capital works projects expenditure in line with the Council''s tendering process.
