Project Development EngineerOur client, a leading manufacturer with over 30 years of industry expertise, is seeking a Project Development Engineer to join their growing team in Lancaster. You''ll lead the delivery of innovative products across a range of sectors.This is a project led role, with around 80% of your time spent managing projects and 20% on hands on design. You''ll take ownership of projects from initial concept and customer brief through to final production, making sure they''re delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards, while still contributing your engineering expertise to the design work itself.This role would suit an engineer with proven experience in a project-based role, who enjoys working with cross functional teams and seeing products through from concept to manufacture.Essential ExperienceProven experience managing engineering or product development projectsGood understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer facing experienceDegree qualified in Engineering, Product Design, or a related disciplineDesirableEngineering design background with working knowledge of SolidWorks, 3D CAD or similar design softwareIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website. ..... full job details .....
