Project Design and Build Engineer

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:We are looking for a Project Design and Build Engineer for a permanent position based with our client in Hull.Immediate start available (subject to interview process)Salary Circa 50,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience).Responsibilities:Role will be client facing throughout the project.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, evaluating project requirements and design specifications.Working with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and professionals involved in the project.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Responsible for the specification and procurement of various equipment packages and their successful integration into a full steam cycle power generation plant.Working with process engineers to develop equipment datasheets for procurement purposesAttendance and participation in HAZID and HAZOP meetingsEstimate project costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.Manage contract specialist engineering such as, pressure vessel calcs, Structural calcs, noise studies, flow modellingIdentify potential risks and challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry best practices.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary equipment, materials, and services.Maintain accurate project ..... full job details .....
