Reporting to the Regional Programme Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of building safety projects and acting as the main point of contact between residents, contractors and colleagues throughout investigations, remediation works and installations. Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, you will support the successful delivery of building safety programmes by managing resident communications, coordinating engagement activities, handling customer feedback and maintaining accurate project records. You will also contribute to the resolution of complaints and help ensure a positive resident experience throughout the delivery of works.
