PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER Our client, a Major Oil and Gas Operator is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager. Decommissioning experience and subsea plug and abandonment (PandA) essential. The initial PAYE contract will be until the end of March 2026, however this is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate. The Project Delivery Manager plays a key role in enhancing project success and strategic decision-making within the Major Projects Department, with a particular focus on decommissioning projects. This includes leading the development and implementation of contracting strategies for key activities such as topside engineering down and clean, heavy lift vessel (HLV) preparation and removals, platform and subsea plug and abandonment (PandA), and subsea infrastructure removals. Based in the Aberdeen office, the position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of various decommissioning projects based on business needs. The position will also establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support successful project outcomes. Whilst having prior decommissioning experience is a requirement, having extensive project management experience is another key/essential attribute for this role, not just for the immediate, but for the longer term decom requirements of the company.
