About the Role

The Project / Cost Manager position in Cardiff offers a permanent role with a salary between £35,000 and £50,000, dependent on experience. Working within an award-winning engineering consultancy, you will deliver infrastructure-led projects across utilities, aviation, energy, and public-sector programmes. Your responsibilities span contract administration, risk management, procurement advice, pre-contract cost planning, and post-contract cost control. This role involves managing projects from early design stages through to completion, providing end-to-end oversight. The working pattern is full-time, and key skills required include cost planning, contract administration, and risk management expertise. You will join a steadily expanding team handling major local schemes.
