This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coordinator or administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the detail right and wants to play a key role in delivering nationally important programmes.Working closely with Project Managers and senior stakeholders, you''ll become the go-to person who keeps projects moving. From coordinating subcontractors and maintaining critical documentation to supporting commercial activities and ensuring compliance requirements are met, you''ll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle.You''ll organise project meetings and travel arrangements, monitor schedules and milestones, maintain dashboards and reports, and ensure project records remain accurate and audit-ready. You''ll also act as a key point of contact for subcontractors, supporting onboarding and compliance activities, tracking performance against agreed service levels and helping to build strong working relationships across the supply chain.The role also has a commercial element, with responsibility for supporting Invitation to Tender (ITT) activities.
