Project Coordinator

Talentmark are recruiting for an experienced Project Coordinator-to join a well-established and successful global pharmaceutical company, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis.

Working hours for this role:-

8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday.

Key duties will include:

• Coordinate engineering projects, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and project objectives.
• Maintain GMP-compliant project documentation, including change controls and validation records.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors to support project execution.
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, and actions, providing regular status updates.

Your Background:

• Experience supporting engineering, maintenance, facilities, or capital projects.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of GMP, change control, validation, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident communicating with diverse stakeholders.
