This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven coordinator to work alongside dealmakers, gaining exposure to live MandA processes from due diligence through to completion. Based in London with hybrid working (typically 1-2 days in the office), this role sits at the heart of the deal team, keeping projects on track, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during time-critical transactions. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end project timelines across live MandA transactions, tracking milestones, deliverables and dependencies. Act as the central point of contact between deal teams, clients, legal counsel, and external advisors.
