Maintain FTTH civils trackers, build programmes, action logs, document registers, risk and issue logs, permit trackers, defect logs, site records and reporting schedules. Liaise with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, Site Managers, supervisors, civil gangs, fibre teams, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, local authorities and statutory undertakers to coordinate project requirements. Coordinate streetworks permits, notices, traffic management requirements, drawings, packs, specifications, method statements, risk assessments, inspection records and other project documentation as required.
