As a Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and coordinate all window and door installations
• Book installation and remedial visits with the installation team
• Manage installation team diaries to optimise travel and time efficiency
• Arrange and coordinate parts required for installations and visits
• Maintain regular contact with customers by telephone and email throughout their projects
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

As a Project Coordinator, your experience will include:

• Experience in customer service or coordination roles
• Previous experience managing schedules, bookings, or team coordination preferred
• Experience in construction, glazing, or home improvement would be advantageous
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette with professional communication skills
• Strong problem solving abilities with a solutions focused approach
• High level of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
