PROJECT COORDINATORAbout the Role Project CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join an established projects team within a specialist engineering and manufacturing environment.This is a key position supporting the delivery of customer projects from order through to completion, ensuring documentation, communication, and timelines are accurately managed across internal teams, suppliers, and customers.As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in maintaining project visibility, supporting design and production workflows, and ensuring contractual commitments are met.Key Responsibilities Project CoordinatorReview information received from the sales team and support the CAD design function in translating this into manufacturing drawings and production schedulesMaintain and update project timelines, issuing updates to customers in line with agreed contractual requirementsEnsure all project documentation (drawings, specifications, communications) is accurate, current, and distributed to the correct departmentsManage and update customer information across online portals and cloud-based systems (e.g. 4Projects, Oracle Aconex and similar platforms)Attend customer and project meetings, providing updates on progress and capturing clear actions for internal follow-upDistribute and track meeting actions across relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely completionLiaise with suppliers and the wider supply chain to ensure key ..... full job details .....
