This is a varied and hands-on role where you''ll be involved from initial quote right through to installation, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.If you''re someone with strong common sense, great attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks (including last-minute urgencies), this could be the perfect fit.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from quotation through to installationPrepare and revise quotes using drawings, working closely with the design teamBuild strong product knowledge, including stock codes and configurationsPlace orders with suppliers and coordinate product deliveryRespond to enquiries and support both internal teams and customersManage urgent, ad hoc requests (e.g., last-minute install requirements)Act as a key point of contact, people will rely on you to keep things movingWhat We''re Looking ForHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong prioritisation skills - able to manage competing demandsConfident communicator, particularly over the phoneProactive and solutions-focused with good common senseComfortable handling pressure and urgent requestsAble to double-check work and maintain accuracyStrong time management and ability to allocate workload effectivelyThe package:Salary up to £28,000Performance-related bonus up to 12%Early finish Friday22 days holiday + bank holidaysHybrid working available after ..... full job details .....
