This role is integral to their mission of inspiring clients with innovative lighting solutions and ensuring a seamless journey from project inception to after-sales support. Day-to-Day of the Role: Plan, organise, and deliver all aspects of project management, ensuring timely and successful completion. Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and team members, maintaining clear and effective communication. Proactively handle client concerns, ensuring they are addressed professionally and in accordance with their high standards. Collaborate closely with all team members and lead projects with knowledge and assertiveness. Utilise project management tools and methodologies effectively, ensuring all project information is accurately recorded in CRM system.
