Project Coordinator
to provide critical support to their Defence projects team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration, reporting, and client engagement skills who thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient
project administration , including maintaining accurate data and supporting project start-up and close-outPrepare and check billing and invoicing, ensuring accuracy for internal and external stakeholdersAssist with the production of
reports
(weekly, monthly, and ad hoc) and attend daily update callsSupport the Head of Projects with financial information, reporting, and process change requestsMaintain strong customer relationships, attending meetings and ensuring feedback is captured and acted uponTake ownership of tools such as
Smart Sheets, SharePoint , and reporting templatesContribute to
HandS compliance , including site audits, toolbox talks analysis, and quality auditsWhat We’re Looking For
Essential:Active
SC clearance
(must already be held to apply)Strong administration and reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Experience in customer service, billing/invoicing, and working in team environmentsProcess writing and development experienceDesirable:Experience with Smart Sheets, SharePoint, or bid managementPre-sales or sales support backgroundECS/CSCS cardWhy This Role?
