Working across multiple departments, you will be responsible for ensuring customer requirements are understood, project milestones are tracked, risks are identified early, and communication remains clear throughout the project lifecycle.The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment and enjoy working with both customers and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key point of contact for allocated customer accounts.Support the delivery of customer work packages alongside Project Managers and Key Account Managers.Maintain accurate order books, project trackers and delivery schedules.Coordinate activities across Commercial, Engineering, Quality, Stores and Production teams.Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks to delivery, cost, quality or customer satisfaction.Support contract reviews, purchase order reviews and customer requirement verification.Prepare customer reports, meeting ..... full job details .....
