A Manufacturing client of ours in the Basildon area is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position working Monday - Thursday, 8:45am - 4:45pm, and Friday, 8:45am - 4:00pm, paying 14.65 - 15.70 per hour ( 28,000- 30,000pa) depending on experience. The role is expected to last for 3 months, with the potential to become permanent.This is a hybrid position, working in the office Monday to Wednesday, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday. Please note, you must have a full driving licence and access to a car, as there may occasionally be a requirement to visit the company''s storage facility in Basildon.Your key duties in this Project Coordinator role will include but are not limited to:Coordinating customer orders from delivery through to installation and commissioning Liaising with customers, internal teams, logistics providers, and service partners Raising and issuing invoices and purchase orders to third-party suppliers Supporting shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and invoicing Maintaining databases, monitoring inventory, and preparing reports and forecastsSkills and Experience required to be considered for this role:Strong administrative and coordination skills within a customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good commercial understanding of contractual and invoicing processes Previous ..... full job details .....
