Project Coordinator (6-Month Contract) Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid Working) Contract: 6 Months Industry: Energy / Engineering Services Start Date: ASAP We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Aberdeen team on a 6-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of aftermarket, repair, upgrade and refurbishment projects within a fast-paced engineering environment. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and supply chain partners, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret customer contractual requirements and specifications.Coordinate projects through strip, overhaul, repair and upgrade activities, ensuring delivery targets and profitability objectives are achieved.Manage parts and rental deliverables to support customer requirements.Develop and issue work packages and coordinate activities to ensure timely project execution.Monitor project progress, identifying risks and escalating any issues that could impact agreed delivery dates.Act as a key liaison between customers, project management, operations, engineering, quality and production teams.Organise project meetings and maintain accurate records and action logs.Ensure all customer communications ..... full job details .....
