Project Coordinator

Our client, a prominent entity in the hospitality sector, is currently inviting applications for a permanent role in Product Development. This position is pivotal in driving the development and project management of new products, including cost-saving initiatives and supplier negotiations.Key Responsibilities:Participation in global meetings for project and product development, as well as tendersBriefing projects to Global Product Development teams, including design, RandD, and engineeringPreparation of mechanical artwork request forms ensuring regional regulatory compliance for label printingManaging communication with suppliers for cost quoting, filling in RFPs, and preparing timelinesCoordinating the review and approval of pre-production samples before mass productionCross-functional teamwork with Sales, Global and Regional Product Development, Brand, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Quality teamsPreparing new product codes and detailed product specificationsUpdating internal teams on cosmetic product safety assessments for new productsEnsuring formula compliance with UK and EU Cosmetic RegulationsConducting sustainability package quality checks and providing development insightsCollaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to gather formulation documentsAttending exhibitions to explore new product opportunities if necessaryJob Requirements:Degree holder, preferably in Cosmetics, Chemical, or a related fieldExperience in international business trade, hospitality, and ..... full job details .....
