Project Coordinator

A construction focussed business with offices on the outskirts of Bradford are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Supporting the delivery of activities by managing orders, stock and arranging transport to ensure projects run within strict time frames, this varied coordination-based role is integral to the wider project setting. Working closely with internal teams as well as suppliers, logistics providers, and clients to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency, this fully office-based role is a varied role and duties will include; Processing ordersManaging orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completionLiaise between internal systems and client systemsAllocate equipment and materialsMaintain accurate and up-to-date recordsMonitor stock levels and equipment availabilityManage equipment allocationTrack inbound deliveries and outbound dispatchesArrange transport for deliveriesLiaise with logistics providersSupport day-to-day project coordinationManage all administrative activitiesManage shared inboxesLiaise daily with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. This is a fantastic opportunity, this role will become permanent at 12 weeks, following a successful probationary period.
