Team CoordinatorLeeds £47,000 + Benefits PermanentThe Situation A leading rail engineering organisation is expanding its rolling stock upgrade capability and is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to support the delivery of a major fleet modernisation programme.This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading installation activities on the workshop floor and acting as the key link between technicians and management. You will be responsible for coordinating daily work, maintaining productivity, removing barriers to delivery, and ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Technician, Lead Fitter, Working Supervisor, Team Leader, or experienced Rolling Stock Technician looking to step into or further develop their career in installation supervision.As the Installation Supervisor, you will take ownership of day-to-day workshop activities, lead a team of technicians through a major rolling stock upgrade programme, and play a critical role in delivering project milestones.
