Project Coordinator

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Onsite Coordinator to support workforce readiness, training coordination, and contractor management activities across their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate training plans for new hires with Resource Managers, PMO, and Training teams.
• Lead weekly training meetings and support monthly contractor meetings.
• Organise internal and external training requirements, including GWO, MEWP, Forklift, Telehandler, medicals, and other site-specific training.
• Maintain workforce, contractor, and technician records within Smartsheet and Excel trackers.
• Raise and monitor purchase orders relating to training and medical requirements.
• Support contractor onboarding, workforce updates, and day-to-day site coordination activities.
• Liaise with external training providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure workforce compliance and readiness.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a Coordinator, Training Administrator, Workforce Support, or Contractor Management role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Experience within Wind, Renewable Energy, Offshore, Construction, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of GWO, medicals, site access requirements, and workforce compliance processes.
• Experience using Smartsheet.
