Responsibilities Coordinate programme and project activities, maintaining delivery plans, milestone trackers, action logs and key governance artefacts. Organise and support project meetings, complex technical workshops and governance forums, including scheduling, agenda preparation and document collation; capture clear, accurate minutes, technical decisions and actions; and issue timely records and follow-ups to named owners. Maintain RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are clearly recorded, assigned, reviewed and escalated where required. Support the production of status reports, dashboards, SteerCo packs and programme board materials, ensuring information is accurate, concise and submitted on time.
