Project Coordinator

Location: Dartford
Rate: -150 per day (INSIDE IR35)
Contract: Contract

We are seeking a Project Coordinator / Scheduler to support IT device refresh and deployment projects.

The role will involve coordinating project activities, scheduling resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deployments are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule engineers and deployment activities.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Produce project status updates and reports.
• Support Project Managers with project administration and coordination.

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Scheduler role.
• Experience coordinating multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Desirable

• Experience supporting IT device refresh, rollout, or migration projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Experience within an IT services or managed services environment.
