The position is for a main-contractor who specialise in super-prime residential projects; both new build and refurbishments. They are looking for someone situated in Oxford. The role is for a Project Coordinator or Administrator carrying out the following responsibilities: Invoicing Sub-contractor purchase orders Book keeping Marketing CDM documentation HandS documentation Filing tender applications Requirements for the Project Coordinator role are: Administration experience or project coordinator experience 1-2 years experience.
