This is the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in Britain providing zero-carbon electricity for around six million homes. NG Bailey, the UK''s leading independent engineering and services business, are proud to be part of the MEH Alliance, a joint venture to deliver the mechanical, electrical and HVAC installation for the project. As part of recent growth on this project, we have a new vacancy for a Project Coordinator to ensure the efficient booking of vehicles to site to ensure the receipt, dispatch, and tracking of goods and materials across the project site, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth logistics operations in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Oversee the receipt of incoming goods including plant, tools, equipment, consumables, and?all permanent materials.Verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes, reporting discrepancies to relevant departments.Provide all stakeholders with details of equipment received on site and its delivery location.Prepare and verify shipping documentation (delivery notes, packing lists, invoices).Liaise with logistics providers and transport companies to arrange timely dispatch.Maintain records of goods ..... full job details .....
