Project Coordinator – Stroud

Type: Full-time, permanent role
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Benefits: 25 days holiday, life assurance, 12% pension

Business need / purpose of role
Work within the Projects group in the Contracts department, coordinating assigned projects and acting as the interface between customers and the company.

Objectives

  • Coordinate assigned orders within project scope
  • Liaise with all internal departments regarding orders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and representatives
  • Assist in creating project plans for effective communication and control
  • Ensure timely and accurate order status reporting
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to improve reporting formats
  • Support monitoring of actual project costs against estimates
  • Maintain comprehensive project registers and files
  • Provide input for proposals, re-quotes, clarifications, and change orders
  • Identify and support process and system improvements
  • Coordinate client visits to the facility and maintain visit records
  • Support the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) system
  • Deliver month-end reporting and presentations on time

Education and experience

  • Proficiency in MS applications (Projects, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills
  • Preferably experienced in the Oil, Gas, or Energy industries
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing, planning, and supply chain processes
