Project Coordinator – Stroud
Type: Full-time, permanent role
Salary: £28,000 per annum

Business need / purpose of role
Work within the Projects group in the Contracts department, coordinating assigned projects and acting as the interface between customers and the company.
Objectives
- Coordinate assigned orders within project scope
- Liaise with all internal departments regarding orders
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and representatives
- Assist in creating project plans for effective communication and control
- Ensure timely and accurate order status reporting
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to improve reporting formats
- Support monitoring of actual project costs against estimates
- Maintain comprehensive project registers and files
- Provide input for proposals, re-quotes, clarifications, and change orders
- Identify and support process and system improvements
- Coordinate client visits to the facility and maintain visit records
- Support the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) system
- Deliver month-end reporting and presentations on time
Education and experience
- Proficiency in MS applications (Projects, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills
- Preferably experienced in the Oil, Gas, or Energy industries
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, planning, and supply chain processes
