Project Coordinator Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000 £30,000 DOE Full Time Permanent About Us We are a leading manufacturer and installer of bespoke hotel bedroom furniture, delivering high-quality projects for major hotel groups and developers throughout the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. Working closely with our Project Managers, you will play a key role in supporting projects from initial handover through manufacturing, delivery, installation and final project close-out. The Role The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring project information, programmes, communications and logistics are effectively coordinated throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Creating and maintaining project books, trackers and programme dates. Coordinating project launches, pre-launch meetings and lessons learned reviews. Recording and chasing actions from meeting minutes. Arranging client, supplier and subcontractor meetings. Monitoring key supplier deliveries. Supporting manufacturing readiness and project handovers to production. Supporting delivery planning, site readiness checks and logistics coordination. Preparing delivery documentation and installation packs. Collating project information.
