It''s about knowing what''s happening on the ground, spotting problems before they become expensive delays, and making sure supervisors, civils teams, streetworks and clients are all pulling in the same direction. We''re recruiting for an established tier 1 contractor that''s responsible for delivering major fibre network build programmes for one of the UK''s growing broadband providers. There''s a strong pipeline of work, plenty happening operationally, and they need someone who can come in, get to grips with the programme quickly and make an immediate difference. This isn''t a slow-moving corporate environment. It''s a busy, practical operation where things change daily, decisions need making and people appreciate someone who gets things done. Day to day You''ll sit at the heart of the build operation, making sure the right people have the right in...</description>
