Project Coordinator (Construction )

Just Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a successful and growing company based in Witham, who are looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys coordinating projects and working with customers, suppliers and internal teams.Key Responsibilities: Coordinating projects through the various stages of the installation process.Acting as a regular point of contact for customers, keeping them informed of progress, upcoming works and any changes to schedules.Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers regarding materials, orders, deliveries and queries.Arranging site visits, installations and third-party works in the correct sequence.Maintaining project schedules and ensuring all relevant parties are aware of when they are required on site.Monitoring orders and deliveries to help ensure materials are available when required.Accurately recording and communicating information between customers, colleagues, suppliers and trades.Reviewing project information and identifying missing details or potential issues before they cause unnecessary delays.Previous Experience: Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:Project coordinationConstruction administrationContracts administrationInstallation coordinationHome improvementsConservatories and extensionsBuilding worksDouble glazing industryWorking HoursMonday - Friday8:00am - ..... full job details .....
