Project Coordinator

We are recruiting for an organised and efficient Project Coordinator to join an established team in Banbury on a full time, permanent basis - Monday to Friday. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating project admin tasks throughout the inception, planning and execution of new products coming to market. This role involves working with a multitude of internal and external stakeholders and requires a high level of organisation. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with all levels of the organisation. The ability to multitask is a must, as one minute you could be at your desk, the next minute you could be collecting samples from the warehouse.As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the implementation of new product implementationSupporting team members during periods of high activity to ensure deadlines are metRequesting, chasing and reporting on samples as required, during the product development processOrganising the weekly airfreight shipment and manage the prioritisation of samples as they arriveLiaising with Account Manager/Product Development Manager or Customer to implementLiaising with internal and external stakeholders on any delays to product or photography samplesAiding in packing, re-boxing, and transport of samples to where they need to be in the business for a given timeUsing the company CRM to manage new product set up including the completion of all administration and accurate, ..... full job details .....
