The role of Project Coordinator Commercial management of fit-out projects with a value of up to £2m.Providing cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and capturing within reports and cashflowsContract administration of various contact suites; including acting as Employers AgentManaging principal contractors and subcontractors; including the implementation of a robust change control procedureProducing high level estimates, cost plans, tenders and conducting other costing exercises, as requiredAppointing and managing professional teams to develop robust information for pricingFacilitating meetings on behalf of the client and ensuring that team actions are captured, tracked, and closed out in good timeProviding general cost advice to client and assisting in value management workshops to align client budget to contractor pricingManaging the procurement process; including analysis of tender returns, ..... full job details .....
