Job Title: Project Coordinator
Salary: -40,000 - -45,000
Location: West Midlands
Sector: Offsite Construction

Due to growth we are seeking to speak to Project Coordinators within the construction industry. You will be working alongside both project delivery & design teams to help ensure a smooth delivery of each project. Working on new build projects within the offsite construction industry, you can expect to be involved in delivering unique projects for a tier 1 contractor client base.

As a Project Coordinator you will:

• Work alongside Project Managers & Designers
• Collate all information needed across all departments for each project
• Travel to sites when required
• Input all relevant information in house for all departments to see
• Read from design & construction drawings
• Liaise with external suppliers & clients

We would welcome conversations with candidates who:

• Have a background in the construction sector (sub contractor experience preferred)
• Can communicate across all levels
• Understand building processes and programmes
• Are happy to travel to sites when required
• Are comfortable using different software packages
