You will be involved in:Support project managers with day-to-day coordination across software implementation projectsMaintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and status reporting packsCoordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on actionsTrack progress against milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, escalating risks or blockers promptlyLiaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers to support clear communication and timely deliveryAssist with onboarding, discovery, configuration, testing, training, and go-live preparation activitiesHelp manage project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current, and easy to accessSupport change control, issue management, and implementation governance processesContribute to client-facing updates, implementation communications, and stakeholder engagement materialsProvide flexible administrative and ..... full job details .....
