Project Coordinator Northwest Hybrid Contract Water Industry Our client is looking to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a growing Flow Programme team within the water and wastewater industry. The role will support the coordination and delivery of water infrastructure projects, helping to ensure activities across multiple sites and workstreams are planned effectively, progress is tracked, and project teams remain aligned. This role offers hybrid working, with 2 days a week in the office. Here''s what you''ll do: Act as a key link between project engineers, contractors, water company representatives and client stakeholders, supporting the effective coordination of water and wastewater project activities. Work closely with workstream leads to update project forecasts, coordinate invitations for suppliers to quote, and support commercial processes relating to planned works and infrastructure delivery. Maintain clear, accurate project trackers, schedules and reports, providing visibility of progress, upcoming activities, risks and dependencies across multiple sites and workstreams. Coordinate surveys, site visits and follow-on activities associated with water and wastewater infrastructure, confirming site access, dates, contractor availability and dependencies to support efficient delivery.
