Project Coordinator

An established and growing organisation is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its function on a full-time, office-based basis. This is a varied and responsible position focused on supporting the successful delivery of customer orders and contracts within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in delivering existing orders and contracts efficiently
- Assist in driving sales growth through effective project coordination and execution
- Ensure adherence to departmental processes and procedures
- Coordinate projects across internal teams, suppliers, and international stakeholders
- Liaise with departments including sales, finance, and production to ensure smooth project progression
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with internal teams, customers, and suppliers daily
- Proficient IT skills, with experience using platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ERP/CRM systems
- High level of attention to detail
- A collaborative and supportive approach to teamwork
