Our client is looking for a Night Shift Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis, playing a key role in supporting critical overnight operations. About the Role As a Night Shift Project Coordinator, you''ll be responsible for ensuring projects and operational activities continue to run efficiently outside of standard business hours. You''ll work closely with engineers, operational teams, and internal departments to coordinate activities, maintain accurate documentation, and keep projects on schedule. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update project schedules, spreadsheets, and asset tracking records. Coordinate communication between engineers, sites, and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation is completed accurately and customer SLAs are achieved. Update service management systems, including job creation, job closure, inspection templates, and master data changes.
