Job Description: Your Impact The CS3 Project Controls team has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team.Our Project Controls Function is going through an exciting period of change. We are looking for a strong leader to help embed these changes, while providing guidance, mentoring and training to the team.This role is flexible as to base office, with a minimum requirement of 3 days per week in office. Accountable for the quality and integrity of the Project Controls on Projects/Programmes through the application of Leonardo processes, methods, governance and provision of guidance to the wider Integrated Project Team (IPT). Working as part of an IPT, drive and promote optimal schedule quality and best practice management techniques including application of schedule risk analysis at all stages of the project lifecycle. Implementing the change from an administrative planning team to full Project Controls, acting as a trusted SME to the Project Management community and leading the upskilling of Project Controllers within the team (including line management when required) Provide Project Controls expertise to the establishment and management of activities in the bid phase to ensure best practice is followed, risks managed and schedules can transition to execution with minimal impact.
