Project Controls Assistant Location: London / Hybrid Salary: Competitive We are working with a leading construction consultancy that is delivering a major infrastructure programme and is seeking a Project Controls Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across planning, cost management, risk and reporting, supporting complex projects from early stages through to completion. Key Responsibilities:Update programme plans using the chosen planning softwareSupport the management of project risk and opportunity registersAssist with document control and internal systems, including SharePoint and Power BIContribute to change control processes and client-specific reportingCollate and prepare project reports for internal and client useCoordinate team documentation, audits, events, and diary managementSupport governance processes and functional requirements within the PMORequirements:Excellent communication and organisational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)Confident working independently and within a team environmentDesirable:Experience in construction/infrastructure projectsKnowledge of project management principles and control systemsFamiliarity with MS Project, Power BI, or other reporting toolsExperience with risk, value management, or document control processesDegree qualified and/or member of a professional body (desirable)If ..... full job details .....
